Usage Rights
You may not edit, modify, trace, claim, or redistribute my artwork as your own.
AI usage, AI training, or AI modification of my artwork is strictly prohibited.
You may post the artwork on social media or other platforms with proper credit.
Removing or altering my signature is not allowed unless commercial rights have been purchased.
Commercial use (including merchandise, advertisements, stream assets, promotional materials, etc.) requires a commercial fee paid upfront. Commercial fees range from 75–100% of the base price depending on usage.
Unless discussed otherwise, I retain all intellectual and distribution rights to the artwork.
A non-disclosure (NDA) fee may be applied if you want the artwork kept private. This costs an additional 50% of the base price.Watermark & Preview Policy
All work-in-progress previews and unfinished artwork will contain a large, visible watermark.
The final high-resolution, unwatermarked version will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
Clients are not permitted to remove, crop, or obscure watermarks from previews.
Any attempt to remove or bypass watermarks will result in immediate cancellation of the commission without refund.Commission Rules
Visual references are not required but are highly appreciated.
I can also design characters from scratch based on written descriptions or mood boards.
Prices listed are base prices only.
Backgrounds are priced separately and typically range from $5–$15 USD depending on complexity.
Additional characters cost 50% of the base price per character.

Standard turnaround time is 1–5 days depending on complexity.
Most commissions are completed within 2 days.
If any delays are expected, clients will be informed in advance.
Delays caused by late payments or feedback are not my responsibility.Payment & Refunds
Payment methods accepted are Cash App and Apple Cash.
All payments are in USD only.
An upfront payment of 25–50% is required before work begins depending on the total cost.
Full payment, half payment, or milestone payments are allowed, but a deposit is always required.
No unreasonable refunds or chargebacks.
Refunds are not available once the sketch is completed.
Deposits are non-refundable once I have begun working.
A full refund is only possible if I have not started the commission and can no longer complete it.Revision Policy
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback.
If no feedback is given within 2–3 days of a work-in-progress update, I will continue without revisions.
Small revisions are allowed.
Major changes such as pose changes, redesigns, or background overhauls are not included and may be refused or charged extra.
Major revisions must be requested during the sketch or lineart phase. (No charge for large revisions during sketch phase)I am not responsible for delays caused by late or missing feedback.By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed above.
